WHAT'S GOING ON? was INCA's the first feature film which premiered at The ReelHeArt International Film Festival in Toronto, Canada, and at The Foundation for the Advancement of Independent Films Festival in Los Angeles, California.

The director's were not entirely happy with their first cut of the film, and even though the film was selected into two different international film festivals, they felt that WHAT'S GOING ON? needed to be re-edited to give a more powerful message. The name has since changed to ARE WE STILL THE UGLY AMERICAN?
